Channel 397 was awesome, Saved by the Bell 24/7. During my stressful workdays that's all I watched. Now its gone with no notice--the ENTIRE CHANNEL--freaking why?!? Literally no reason to watch Roku Channel anymore. Deleting the app today.
I believe Saved by the Bell was on ch. 332 but regardless, it does look like it has been removed. The content on these free channels/apps like the Roku Channel will come and go as licensing expires. Same for all the free channels. Sometimes just have to look around to see if available on another one when it is no longer available on one.
Looks like you can watch Saved by Bell still for free on Xumo Play which you install on your Roku device.
Thanks for that--and I do have the box set of the regular series owned on AppleTV.
But the great thing about the channel is that it was EASY. Put on the channel and it randomly played whatever mixed episode it felt like. Out of order. Original series? New Class? College Years? Hawaii? Vegas Wedding? You never really knew--and we didn't have to CHOOSE and plan and make a whole thing of it. Yes, I can go to AppleTV and watch most of that as individual things, that I have to select and pick out then if I wanted to bounce to some other series I gotta quit it and decide randomly to watch an episode? Ugh. I just wanna put it on and let it run and get some variety and comfort from my all time show while I'm busy working. This really bums me out.
