Why can't Roku make a streaming device that doesn't overheat?

I love Roku but I've had multiple devices overheat.

They are in well ventilated areas and even places in a way so that they get the most fresh air contact.

Just have your engineers develop a good heat sink.

The amazon firestick seems to have it figured out.
