Why can't I access AMC Plus on my Roku device?

Well that's a good reason not to buy another Roku TV

  • Not sure what your issue is. AMC+ is available on Roku devices as long as you are within their geographical service area. Here is what I copied from their support page:

    In the US

    • Subscribe directly at www.amcplus.com or via our AMC+ app
    • Subscribe by adding AMC+ to your TV plan with Xfinity, Dish, DirecTV, Sling or Youtube TV
    • Subscribe as a "channel" via Amazon Prime, Apple TV or The Roku Channel

    In Canada

    • Subscribe directly at www.amcplus.com or via our AMC+ app
    • Subscribe as a "channel" via Amazon Prime, Apple TV or The Roku Channel

    In Australia and New Zealand

    • Subscribe directly at www.amcplus.com or via our AMC+ app
    • Subscribe as a "channel" via Amazon Prime or Apple TV

    In India

    • Subscribe as a "channel" via Apple TV

    In Spain

    • Subscribe via Orange or Vodafone

    Restrictions on the ad-supported plan

    Please note that the monthly-with-ads plan is only available to purchase in the US currently. This plan cannot be used to access AMC+ while traveling outside the US.

    If you don't live within one of those countries, then AMC+ is not available to you.

    Greetings from the Roku Community!

    We understand you're having problems accessing the AMC Plus app on your Roku device. Have you tried the suggestions given above by atc98092

    If the issue persists after attempting the troubleshooting steps and videos from other channels play fine, we suggest contacting the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help. The channel developers themselves maintain channels on Roku. In this case, that specific channel might need to be addressed with an update from them.

    Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help you.

      No fix for the amc plus app. Nothing works. Now that I've deleted app and reinstalled it says i don't have permissions to sign into the app.

        Before proceeding, could you please confirm how you purchased this subscription? Is it directly from AMC Plus? If so, we highly recommend coordinating this with them as they manage their premium subscriptions independently.
