Why can’t I stream episode 7 and 8 for 1923 series that was scheduled for 2/19/23

Paid for paramount plus and can’t stream latest release of 1923

  • I cannot see Episode 8 of 1923 and it dropped today. I have a paid subscription and stream through Roku. What is the problem?

      Same here. Episode 8 not available on Roku Paramount +.

      Will this be fixed?

        I too did not see episode episode 8 of 1923 which was supposed to air 2/19/23. I restarted my roku did a system restart and checked to see if my system was updated. No luck! What is going on? This has never happened. May cancel paramount plus

      same here, episode 8 was scheduled for release at 2am and hasn't shown up yet on Roku.

  • Well, I mean you can collect the money for the subscription. Can we see the show?

        Episode eight is not available on Paramount plus on Roku. It is available on Paramount plus on Amazon. I turned the device off and on, remove the channel and put the channel back on. It has nothing to do with it.  Why is episode eight not available? There’s a ton of people on here asking the same question.

    Does the issue only occur on Paramount Plus or across other channels installed on your Roku device?

    Have you tried removing the affected channel Paramount Plus and then re-install again? If not, we suggest starting there. In some cases, removing the affected channel and then re-installing it may help. Restart your device before re-adding the channel back in to ensure the process is successful. We recommend doing this through the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If there is no Power submenu, proceed to the next step.) > System restart.

      Same thing for me. Roku Paramount is showing the 1923 episodes one day behind the Paramount Plus schedule. And I can’t assess the Paramount Plus sites or app without going thru Roku.

      Little annoying that we pay for a channel and not all the content is available

      Why is this not available? Everyone’s paying for it but we’re not getting it.

  • Sometimes if you look at episodes. You'll find ones at the end marked 106 or other high numbers. Those are the missing ones. 

  • Follow the reset procedures , it worked, episode 8 showed up

      Didn’t work for me. Cancelled the roku sub and went directly with pp now I can watch it 

  • I found a work around. Log in through your phone to your roku account and sign in go to the paramount + widget and episode 8 was there. I then started to watch on my phone but paused as soon as it started. I went back to my tv >roku>paramount plus on Roku and went to #1923. It still didn’t show number 8 in the episodes BUT it did allow me to RESUME#8 and it WORKED!

  • The possible fix would be to go to settings then system then  check for system updates. When I did this there was an update for the channel. Once done, go to system reboot. When the system finishes rebooting go to the channel it should reload and the missing episode should be there. Hope this helps some of you.
