Where the heck did the streaming channels go?!?

Everything above channel 64 on the Live TV has disappeared or moved or something-OAN and NHK and Reuters and national network feeds. Where is it?

Please don't **bleep** about the missing channel numbers here, that's not what I'm talking about. I want to know how to access those channels at all, even if it's annoying or stupid.
