What the HECK is "must Re authenticate" and how do I do that?

Every day at least twice a day, the Roku or Channell says I must reauthenticate in order to see the program.

What is that? Where do I go to fix this.  It baffles me that I PAY in advance by the year and I have to go through this every day!
