What channels offer 'real time' broadcasts for free?

If for example there's a live football game being broadcast on CBS, NBC, or ABC, am I able to watch it live through Roku WITHOUT a cable subscription? Also, are local station feeds that air FREE thr...

All Roku channels are streaming use only not real time live.

My friend using Amazon stick have access to live tv like ESPN in real time, no fee,  its free depending on how to program it.

It is not illegal. I did not try Amazon stick  because I have Roku player.
