Weird audio problem. please help me out

So we are watching Bull on Roku and there is all the background noise (footsteps, objects moving, bg music, physical movements, even dog barking) but there is no audio for the voices. The subtitles come up, but there is no vocal audio. We are very confused. The sound is completely normal during ads too.
