Watching LIVE programming

Can someone tell me.why NBC LIVE is not live programming when I go to it? I use a roku stick on a new insignia tv...very new to this going on 4days of trying to figure this out

    Depends on what you mean by NBC Live. If you have Peacock Premium Plus (the ad-free version), you do get a live feed of your local NBC station. Otherwise, most live NBC feeds are special free feeds that are not the same as broadcast.
