VPN or proxy error for Paramont plus live TV error

Every time I try to watch live TV like SpongeBob channel on Paramont plus I get an air that comes up VPN or proxy needs to be disabled. I’ve called my Internet provider. There is no VPN or proxy. My TV does not have a VPN or proxy. Paramont says there’s nothing wrong on there in so the only thing I can think of is it’s Roku Any ideas?

    No worries! We're here to find you the best resolution possible. Would you mind providing us with a photo of the error message prompted on your screen? What Roku streaming device are you having this issue with? In addition, have you tried to perform a system reboot on your network connection's router? If not, we highly suggest so.
