Volume decreases when I watch Roku channels

My volume works fine on all my other channels, cable, You Tube, Paramount and so on but when I go to Roku the volume goes real low. Theis never use to be a problem. It just started a couple of weeks ago. What’s going on?

    We understand you are having a problem with the Roku channel since the audio was low. We're happy to assist you. Please try to restart your Roku device by following the steps below:

    1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
    2. Scroll and select Settings.
    3. Select System.
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
    5. Select System restart.
