Voices only on soundbar and not speakers-Extended stereo music selection not working
This solution did not fix the problem for me at all. Still have the same issue

Carly- The speakers are model : 9020X
- The soundbar model are: 9301X
- TV model: Plus series 55R6A5R
No that article doesn't help
I have a Roku TV and I set audio as expanded stero and then went into the TV Settings that you can change while looking at a show and set the sound setting to music and it worked for me. There are times when speaking sound does not come thru the speakers with this setting just music, but I believe that has to do with what shows I am looking at. It seems to only happen with some Showtime shows, I get the background music but not the speech. I have tried other sound settings just to see if I would get speech, but I only get both speech and music with my sound setting set to music.
This is the setting for a Roku TV only, I cannot speak for another brand TV.
