Voice not coordinating with actor

Having problems on live with all the channels where the actor lips and sound not coordinating together. Sound first then the actors mouth moving how do I fix??? It’s very aggravating to watch.

    If all channels are experiencing these issues, the network could be the cause. Could you try the following steps?

    • Restart your router.
    • Connect your device to a mobile hotspot: to see if there’s a difference in the streaming experience.
    • System restart: navigate to settings > System > Power/System restart.

      The problem happens each night even when I do a restart on Roku. I tired restarting my modem and still have the problem.
