Vix channel is not loading on any of my Rokus. Need help.

The vix app is not loading on any of my players.  i’ve restarted, updated, uninstalled/reinstalled, and even factory reset but nothing is working.  The app will attempt to open but will just shut down after a millisecond.  Please help to fix this problem.  Thanks.
