Viki shows stuck on loading screen

How did you fix it because mine is doing the same thing. Restarting and uninstalling didn't work.

We would like to ensure that the troubleshooting steps taken will be effective. Kindly follow the instructions below, step by step to get the best results.

    1. Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the star (*) key on your remote, and choose "Remove channel".
    2. Next, restart your device from Settings > System > Power > System Restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
    3. Once your player/TV starts up again, go to "Streaming Store" on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more.

    Once this has been performed, kindly access the app once again and see if you notice any improvements. If the issue persists, please let us know so our can team assist you further.

      Tried the instructions on fixing the problem. (Removing app, restarting tv, etc) app still does not work and stuck on loading screen.

        Thank you for letting us know about the issue with your Viki Shows, which is stuck on the loading screen. We also appreciate the troubleshooting steps that you have tried to fix the issue.

        We would like to coordinate this with our Roku-appropriate team. Please provide us with the following:

        • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
        • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
        • Channel build version (highlight the channel and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote)
