Viki sending back to Home Screen

I can into the app choose a show and start watching. After a few minutes , I’m kicked off to the Home Screen. I have three Roku devices and it does this on all of the . This isn’t the first, it’s been alot recently. I’ve removed the app and reinstalled it and still did not fix the problem. I’ve contacted viki support each time. The last time it did this for 5 days, I’m currently on day three of it doing this.

    Before we proceed, we need additional information about your device details so we can delve deeper into the matter. 

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
    • Channel build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)
    • Sample photo or video clip of the incident. 

    We would appreciate it if you could provide these details to help us move one step closer to resolving this issue.
