Thanks so much for the reply. I need to investigate the links you sent, but I can answer the questions you asked:
Did you access Paramount to check the video quality of the football game on the same Roku device? Yes since the same game was on YTTV and Paramount, we went to Paramount to see how it looked. It was fine - no buffering or pixilating. We never seem to notice the issue on Hulu or Paramount or even some of the Roku shows - just on the sports on YTTV on the weekends.
When did you first notice the issue? It may have been an occasional annoyance earlier - but it has been a consistent problem since the end of August with the start of TTV broadcasting many college and pro football games.
I will investigate further, but until the weekend and the sports broadcasts again, it seems it is working OK.
