Video getting zoomed/cropped. (F1 TV)

I’m having this issue where my video stream on F1 TV will randomly zoom in to the upper left of the video. I’ve been able to fix it temporarily by backing out from the video and then resuming where I left off. I think I was able to fix it once momentarily by pausing/playing the video.

I've already tried changing the video settings, but it only works for a few seconds, and then the image zooms in again.

  • Welcome, JejeBastos!

Thanks for raising this concern directly with us. We would like to investigate this problem further. Is the issue happening on all contents/channels or is this isolated to 1 content/channel? (Specify)

If this is the only channel that you are having issues with please try the steps below:

    1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
    2. Restart your Roku device: Press home on your Roku remote, select settings, select power, select system, and system restart. ( If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.)
    3. Re-install the channel: Scroll down to search, put the name of the channel or app, highlight the channel, and select add the channel.

Please keep us posted on what you find out.
