Viaplay Channel - Can’t Find

I can’t find Viaplay Channel on the Roku Streaming Store (UK) Viaplay confirmed it’s available as do Roku  Can anyone advise here? 4K Streaming Stick (2021) and Streambar

Viaplay is now available through Roku on all Roku devices that can be updated to the latest Roku OS version. Download the Viaplay app from the Roku Channel Store to get started. You can create a user account and obtain a Viaplay subscription directly on your Roku device.

      Jackoptfc, what's the model number of your Roku device that's displayed under Settings->System->About and where are you located?

        Hello

         

        the model number is 3820x and I’m in UK. I don’t appear to be the only one with this issue after doing a search across the web
