I recently bought a Roku device, but I'm finding the features to be very limited. On my home screen, I can only see the home menu, streaming apps, and settings. When I search for channels, I can't find some essential ones! I also tried to install the channels I want from their websites, but they are displayed in grey, making it impossible to add them. The app providers control where they can be used, not Roku. Since the "Middle East" in general is not a supported location by Roku, many providers also do not permit their apps to be available there. And it doesn't matter if it was available on another device (such as a Fire TV device) as it's all controlled by the content providers, not the platforms themselves.
