Using Star key to move or delete tiles

I'm trying to move or delete certain tiles and when I highlight the tile and hit star key, I'm getting the spinning wheel of death. This method worked to move some tiles but not all. ESPN, STARZ, APPLE TV, PEACOCK all are spinning death wheels. I do not have existing subscriptions and want them moved to the bottom or delete all together. Any clues?

    Here's what I would try:

    1. Reboot your Roku (if you haven't already done so)
    2. Try using the star key again to move/delete channels
    3. Check for software updates for your Roku
    4. If software update is available, update and reboot
    5. Try using the star key again to move/delete channels
    6. Try deleting the channels in the Roku Channel Store
    7. If you have the Roku app, try using it to delete the channels (see THIS and THIS)
