Updating from Amazon Music to Amazon Music Unlimited on Roku

I've tried every idea the internet has to offer and this is not an uncommon problem. I updated to Amazon Music Unlimited which allows streaming to multiple devices. It works fine on my PC, but on ROKU, Amazon Music will not update to Amazon Music Unlimited. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, making sure I have the latest software, rebooting, etc. etc. Nothing works. How do I accomplish this feat?

Anyone else have this problem?
