Thank you for the additional information. The login issue was escalated yesterday and the app team is actively working to resolve the issue causing only users who purchased through Roku to log in multiple times. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

A new topic I have posted about the login issue and a possible fix.
A possible Solution for Newsmax plus login not being sticky is being
tested and working so far for me. In options to login will be shown
selections to login using your email for usual Roku login or to use
a different email. So select the option to *use a different email*
but then enter the email used for your Newsmax plus subscription
and fill in the password associated with your Newsmax plus subscription.
So far for the brief time of testing I have done this makes the login
sticky. It is not prompting for login after closing the app and/or
returning to the Home menu thumbnails and using another app
like Amazon Prime, not prompting for another login. If it does
prompt for another login I am hopeful it will return to the option
to login using the default email login for Roku, but again choose
the use a different email to get the saved password for the
alternate email. In my case it is the same email as for Roku.
but of course the Newsmax plus app password is different.
I am hopeful this is the fix for the non-sticky password issue.
