Unsure about the function of Favorites in the Guide
hello everyone,
I'm having trouble watching anything on my Roku device, and this issue is occurring across all apps. I've confirmed that my internet service is working fine by speaking with technical support every day. However, this problem only started a few weeks ago, and I suspect it might be due to the recent update to version 12.0, as I haven't been able to play anything since then.
What's concerning to me is that my Roku device is barely two years old. Is this the typical lifespan of a Roku, or could there be some other issue at play here?
