    Here's what you can do...

    1. Update the Channel:
      - Highlight the Netflix app.
      - Hit the star (*) button on your Roku remote.
      - Choose "Check for update."
    2. Restart Your Roku Device/TV
    3. Uninstall and Reinstall the App
    If that doesn't resolve the issue, you can reach out to the channel provider for further assistance.
