Very likely you are running into region issues.
Try creating a new Roku account (new email address). Then factory reset your Hisense RokuTV (press and hold Reset button for 15-30 seconds, or use Settings/System/Advanced System Settings/Factory Reset) and setup/activate your RokuTV using this new email address.
**Verify you have a working physical remote before performing a factory reset on a Roku device or RokuTV.
