Hi everyone,
Thanks for the post.
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted.
Thanks,
Danny
Hi Danny. Unfortunately not- I’ve tried every permutation of removing, restarting, reinstalling you can think of plus singing on to different Wi-Fi network and trying in guest mode. I’ve updated to the latest 9.4 Roku os but that’s not made a difference. Also spent ages talking to Apple who insist it’s a Roku issue. Can you help? If my Roku device is faulty can you send me another?

Thanks for the update.
If you are unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
Thanks,

Hi.
I am having the same issue as many others here - can't sign in to apple TV on Roku, even though I have no problem signing into it via other devices. I have tried many permutations of removing and reinstalling the channel, restarting roku and signing into guest mode - nothing works.
Here are my details:
Device model - 4200X-Roku 3
serial number: 42658G002974
software version: 9.4.0 build 4190-04
The problem is with apple TV, version 5.1, build 148
Tracker Id: 74-459-023
Please assist. Thank you

Hi John, I’m so sorry you have to go through this like we did. I just wanted to update that now mine is working. I don’t think I did anything special, but I did recently upgrade my iPhone and therefore had to set up iCloud and sign into my Apple account again. If you have an iPhone or Mac try signing out of iCloud and everything, restart your TV, sign into iCloud on your Apple devices and see if it lets you log into Apple TV+ on the RokuTV. It’s so weird but something got mine working again and I was able to log in using the mobile code finally and it’s back to normal. I had completely given up and accepted that I wouldn’t be able to use it, until it surprised me.

This support is the most insulting thing I have seen from company during a time when thousands of people are using your products. Obviously nothing you have suggested has worked and the fact that you keep saying the same thing over and over again not only demonstrates your incompetence as a customer support rep but it also says the customer doesn’t matter to Roku once they purchase the product. This is still an issue for a lot people. And it is YOUR issue not apples.
