Unable to sign in to y starz channel

I have a starz subscription through my ROKU channel for a  99 cents a month .  I am unable to watch the Starz. When I click on the  Starz icon it asks me to sign in. When I enter the email address and  password for ROKU it does not recognize it. Why is it asking me to sign in under the starz icon  when I have a subscription for Starz under the Roku account?

    Your subscription is most likely only valid for watching Starz through "The Roku Channel" app.
