unable to play YouTube app on TV also the cursor is not at all moving its frozen only on YouTube app

    We would like to know the following:

    • When did this issue start?
    • Does it occur when launching the channel or during streaming?
    • If during streaming, does it occur to all content inside the YouTube channel or to only one content?
