Unable to play or open any channel on roku 4k device

I am using a roku 4k device but unable to load(open) any channel it just stays on the channel splash screen, tried restarting, rebooting and also did a factory rest, can someone help me with what is happenning.

    We'd like to be of support here. Channel playback issues could happen sometimes. In addition to the troubleshooting steps you've taken. We would recommend trying to use an alternative network, like a mobile hotspot, and see if it helps.
