I purchased a new Roku and when I open NESN 360 I’m trying to sign in with my TV provider. Only problem is when I click that it sends me to the NESN 360 login screen and when I put my tv login info it it’s telling me it’s invalid. It won’t even give me the option to choose my tv provider. Can anyone help?
Roku has nothing to do with that. The app provider (NESN?) is responsible for how it functions and takes care of authentication matters.
The "Sign in with TV Provider" link sends you to a page that offers to send your Roku account email, to save you the trouble of entering it manually.
If your NESN account is under a different email address than your Roku account, press "Use different email" instread of "Continue".
But what is my Roku account and my tv provider account use the same email address? I have tried using my Roku password and I have tried using my tv provider password at this screen and still nothing works to connect
