Hey there!
Are you also experiencing the same trouble with the Crunchyroll app? If so, can you share the specifics so we can help out?
We'll wait for your response!

Yeah, I ran into the same issue. The Crunchyroll on the Roku Channel is actually separate from the regular Crunchyroll app it doesn’t let you log into an existing account. You’d have to start a new subscription through Roku, which is kind of frustrating.
If you already have a Crunchyroll subscription, just install the official Crunchyroll app from the Roku Channel Store (not the one inside Roku Channel). That version lets you log in normally and use your existing account. Bit confusing, but it works! - DJ777Newbie
I have the Roku Streaming Stick and I was having the same problem. First you go on Roku's mobile app and connect it to your streaming stick. Then you go to the recommended section on the home screen of the mobile and press " Go to Store". Then press view all to search for the Crunchyroll app. After selecting the app you get an option to add Crunchyroll to your Roku account. After adding Crunchyroll, press the "launch" button to open the app on your TV. This should make the option to sign into Crunchyroll appear. I hope this helps.

You have to go to home and go up on all your apps, there should be an option to add an app. You click that and search Crunchyroll and add the app, it should add it then you have to find it. Once you open it it should be the actual app and not the service and it will give you all the options now.

If you have your own subscription, install and use the standalone Crunchyroll app. Services on The Roku Channel are ONLY accessible by subscribing through The Roku Channel.

The problem with that is that for some weird reason the Roku Channel version apparently has show(s), at least one anyway, that the standalone doesn't. Unfortunately it is one of my favorites too, "Ghost Hunt".(I haven't seen it since they took over Funimation and closed down its streaming service.)
Using the Search from the Roku main menu locates it, both the show and individual episodes, in the "Crunchyroll on RokuChannel" but even going through the entire catalogue of shows in the standalone Crunchyroll, in "A-to-Z" mode so I can be sure not to simply overlook it, fails to have it show up.

Same! Tried to watch Space Battleship Yamato, and you can’t watch it on the Crunchyroll app. So frustrating…
