Unable to log in to Britbox
I've been getting this message on Britbox. I think it's a bug as I've checked all the sign-in stuff and it's all good. We don't have any duplicate accounts. Also if I access the show through a different tile it usually works. I'm trying to upgrade and it gives this. I've restarted the roku, changed the payment method and still it happens. Roku cannot be reached. The help chatbot told me to ask my husband if he had a duplicate account.
