Unable to load content on Disney

Can load the Disney app and scroll through available content but when I try to play a stream all I get is the blue spinner. Was working earlier in the day and then  about after 5 mins just stopped and after that unable to pay any other stream

On a Roku Express 3900EU

Soft ver 14.5

    It seems like you have trouble streaming on Disney Plus, and we're here to help.

    Here's a quick fix you can try:

    1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
    2. Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart Now.
    3. Reinstall the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Streaming Store and add the channel again.
