Unable to get certain shows to load
There is a particular show we want to watch but most of the time we can't get the show to load. Does anyone know why this show will load occassionally, but not all of the time?

I don't, but given all the apps on Roku and all the shows within each app, the chance that I am trying to watch the same show on the same app is quite small.
I think you'd have better luck getting help or even a "me too" if you mentioned which shows and on which channel/apps. A Roku model number could help too.
I do recall years ago, that there was one movie on the the Shout Factory app, that would crash my Roku every time, but it's been a long time since I've run into one of those.
It would be helpful to know the show and what service you are using to watch it.
