Used online method of using remote to clear cache, also reset routers at different locations routinely and manually checked software updates daily. When I leave down for 4 days I actually unplug power to Ultra due to in the past when I owned Ultras, they seem to get a little warm, and if I do not use them for days, I figured it best to be safe. When I do power up, I check for updates ASAP. My Ultra is hardwired and runs HDMI to TV, power is directly into an outlet for Roku.
ROKU has restarted 3 x in last 2 days, so frustrating when in middle of a game and last few seconds..."what timing it has"!!!
