UK catch up channels not loading

I have two Hisense TV’s, a TCL one and two sticks. I am a big fan. However no device will now load up any of the UK catch up channels (iPlayer, ITVX, ALL 4, My 5). I get the error “this channel is unavailable right now” on all devices. Netflix, Prime, Now all work fine and the internet connection is perfect. All devices have latest OS and updates but cannot resolve this issue. Tried uninstall/reinstall the offending channels too but to no avail. I find it strange that’s it’s all the free services that won’t load but the paid ones do. Can anyone help please?

    We appreciate your feedback and Thanks for letting us know about the behavior you are seeing with your Roku device and we appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've done so far. 

    We'd like to gather more information about the issue you're running into. How long has the issue been occurring?

    In addition, when removing a channel, it's important that you make sure to restart your Roku device before adding the channel back again to ensure a clean channel install.
