TVB Anywhere not loading revert back to Home

TVB Anywhere app stopped loading videos on Roku - screen turned blue then revert back to Home Screen.

Anyone have same issues? Any solutions?

    We understand you're having a problem with the TVB channel. We're happy to assist you further. Please try the troubleshooting steps below.

    1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
    2. Restart your Roku device: Press home on your Roku remote, select settings, select system, and system restart.
    3. Re-install the channel: Scroll down to search, put the name of the channel or app, highlight the channel, and select add channel.

    If the problem still persists after attempting the troubleshooting steps and videos from other channels play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help. Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developers themselves. In this case, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them.

      It doesn't work ,and I don't understand why the tech team can not fix this issue .

  • I am not using the Roku ultra anymore ,too much problems with TVB anywhereplus paid version ,it work some time and stop working sometime it is very bad, I got the Apple TV it work fine , i just dont understand why ,so I call the TVB and they told me Amazon stick and Apple TV have no problems only customer use Roku have issue ,????If you need TVB apps ,stay away from Roku
