tv input setting stuck on loop

My input settings are stuck in an endless loop on my screen and it still won’t go away.

1. I've used the tiny complete reset button on the back of the tv. {I'm not able to use the reset option on screen because of it being stuck}

2. I unplugged and plugged it back in as well

3.I've tried taking my remote batteries out to make sure it wasn't that and it's not

Nothing is working and I just want to know if there is a way to fix it before I throw it away. If you have any other advice than what I've listed above (I have done them all repeatedly) please help me!

    What do you mean "stuck in endless loop"?

    Also, when you pushed Reset, did you press and hold in Reset button for 15-30 seconds in order to Factory reset?

      With the rest button yeah I did and I ended up doing it twice to to be sure and it definitely didn't work. 

      I'll be able to turn my tv on and it's fine for maybe a few minutes or sometimes it shows up immediately, when it does show up it'll be like when you press the star settings button and the grey menu pops out on the left side of the screen. As soon as it does that it'll just click through all of them super fast and go in a continuous loop so it's impossible to do anything else on the screen and I can't exit out of it either. I always just have to turn my tv off
