TV Has become horrible slow and glitchy

I have the same problem.  Have done everything.  Internet reset, TV reset.  Un download app, then reinstall. Direct wired connection. Use a different remote.  When I plug in my portable roku to the hdmi.  That work flawlessly. Hardware damaged mabey.   Was only used as a cable TV for some guy on Facebook for his business once then he sold all 8 of them off.

      May we first know what specific TV you are having this issue with and what specific Roku streaming device you have plugged into the HDMI port? May we also know how long this TV has been used? In addition, does the glitchy and slow performance happen to a specific channel? If so, please specify. 

      The best course of action will be suggested once we better understand the situation. We'll be anticipating your response!
