TSN not working saying in use but not

I got tsn subscription and it went threw my bank etc but when I login in it on my Roku it shows I’m not but I did pay for it and when I hit subscription says it’s being used on another Roku account a...

    Please be advised that TSN is aware of the issue and is currently investigating it. We suggest getting in touch with their support team for updates. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

did you contact roku or tsn on the phone to get a refund for the subscription?

I just purchased tsn through roku tv, able to go to the main page but live stream not working, keep saying 'this roku account is being used with a different tsn account'....

very frustrating.. pls help me..

So I purchased the subscription for TSN originally through the roku app. The same error you mentioned was popping up. I called Roku this morning & requested a refund, They acknowledged the error & issued the refund. I then proceeded to purchase a new subscription directly through TSN.ca, plugged in my email on the roku app & everything worked. 

It was definitely a pain but everything is now up and running.
