Troubleshooting Paramount+ unable to login into account after subscriptions renewal

We signed up for P+ monthly through our Roku TV, and we renewed our subscription today for paramount plus however it opted us for a year rather than the monthly cycle. Attempting to login to the P+ channel 3 prompts appear:
Get Started, Sign out and Sign in with partner(apple tv). 
We factory reset our roku tv since we weren't able to login using our roku credentials and we are still unable to login to P+. We are unable to delete the app from the mobile app and have cancelled the auto renew for the subscription now.
We did not create a separate account with Paramount+ and will probably switch to a direct subscription going forward to avoid these issues.

    Can you access it through "The Roku Channel" app?
