Trouble With Being Able to View Watch TCM

Been watching movies on Watch TCM off and on. Lately, I click on a movie and a box pops up saying, "authorization for this content failed" and a box with OK to click on. Anybody else having this trouble? Used to be, if you didn't watch for awhile, there would be a code onscreen and message telling you to go to TCM/activate and put the code in along with your tv provider. Last week, I watched a movie on there and it was fine, now this trouble. Any ideas friends?
