My so. Is trying to subscribe to the Ciao Italia TV channel on his Roku tv (app or Roku.com). We download the app but then get message he needs to subscribe to the channel but there is NO way to subscribe. We have this channel on our home account and had no trouble adding or subscribing. Help, please.
