Trouble Opening YouTube App on Roku TV

Hi,
Since yesterday, my Roku TV won’t open the YouTube app. It either freezes on the loading screen or sends me back to the home menu. I’ve tried restarting the TV and uninstalling/reinstalling the app, but the issue is still there. Other apps like Netflix work fine.

Is anyone else facing this? Any fix?

    Thanks for all the troubleshooting steps you've taken so far. We want to investigate the issue with the YouTube app a bit more deeply. 

    Could you share the info listed below?

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (This can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
    • App build version (This can be found by selecting the app on the Home screen and pressing the * button).
