TRC Paramount+: Tulsa King Season 2 but episodes 6 and 7 missing

I have Paramount+ on Roku. I’m watching Tulsa King Season 2 but episodes 6 and 7 aren’t there. I’ve never had an issue and been able to watch all episodes. I’ve restarted and done updates. Anyone know why?

    Greetings from the Roku Community!

    Update: Season 2, episodes 6 and 7 of Tulsa King are now available on Paramount Plus through the Roku Channel. If you can't find them, we recommend trying the following:

    Software update your device: 

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote 
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Software update
    5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates

    Restart your device: 

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
    5. Select System restart

    Please let us know if the issue persists, we would be more than willing to help.

    We are paying customers, and as such we have the right to expect a certain level of service. Roku is presently not meeting that level of service with the Tulsa King Season 2 episode issue.

     Roku needs to put more effort into addressing this episode issue AND assure that your customers are kept updated on progress no less than every day.

      Why would they care. They take our money either way! My son and I planned a Tulsa King marathon this weekend. They ruined it. I’m sure I’ll get a refund, right after my apology 😂 

  • This is one of the dangers of subscribing through another channel. There is probably a database sync issue between Paramount+ and The Roku Channel.

    I subscribe directly to P+, and see up to episode 9. Plus, by subscribing directly to a service at their web site, you can use it in any device. You just have to use a separate app instead of an all-in-one view.

      I’m a paramount + subscriber and am having the same problem as described. Now when I try to go direct through the P+ app it is not allowing me to search or get past the main screen. There is a glitch. If you subscribe to P+ you are automatically pushed to use the Roku app when you use a Roku TV.

        This is ridiculous! Tulsa King is the reason I signed up for P+!!!!! My son loves it. Imagine if we all stopped paying our Roku bill and said “it’s a glitch. We will look into it and get back to you” 😂 it’s been FIVE DAYS (at least) and NOTHING! At this point, I say we all cancel…This is disrespectful (and theft)!!!

      Wrong. I subscribe directly to P+ and cannot see episodes 6&7 from Season 2 of Tulsa King.

        I'm not home, but in my P+ phone app, I see all 10 episodes, and those 'missing' episodes 6 and 7.

    My Paramount+ subscription is directly with Paramount, not through Roku, although I view it through Paramount+'s own app on Roku.  New Tulsa King episodes are released there each week on Sundays.  Currently it's up to episode 9, released 11/10, with season 2 concluding with episode 10 on 11/17.

    If your subscription is through Roku, and it's not showing all episodes, perhaps Roku employees RokuAustin, RokuMaryEF, and any other moderators can help.

        Glad others have reported this.  Took me 30 minutes of searching to find this chat group.  Can’t really go on w/o these episodes!  Will you provide direct responses to all who have notified here?
