Total Greek TV is not working for me

Total Greek TV isn’t working. Anyone else having the same issue?

    Hi Community users!

    Greetings from the Roku Community.
     
    We understand that some of you have been encountering playback issues with the Total Greek channel on your Roku device. We're here to help troubleshoot and resolve these issues.

    To troubleshoot the Total Greek channel, please follow these steps:
    1. Remove the channel: Navigate to your Home screen, move to the right, highlight the app, press Star*, then select "Remove channel".
    2. Perform a system reboot: Navigate to your Home, select Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart.
    3. Re-install the channel: Navigate to your Home, scroll and select Store, look for the app, then press "Add channel".
    After completing these steps, please also try manually checking for software updates on your Roku player by navigating to your Home screen, scrolling up or down to select Settings > System > Software update > Check Now.

    If the playback issue persists despite these troubleshooting efforts, we recommend contacting the channel provider directly for further assistance and clarification. They are best equipped to help you address the issue and ensure that you can enjoy their content to the fullest.

    It should be working now. The update is correcting issue. Highlight total greek, press star on remote, then select upgrade. I did mom's yesterday and finally, finally it's back working. Lol 🙂

    My total Greek app won’t load it is doing the same thing it loads and then screen turns black and goes to Home Screen…here is my model: 3820r2

      I am having the same problem. I can't even remove the app. There is no error problem. It just starts and then goes to the home screen.

    I am having the same issue - the factory reset did not work - how do i get this app to work as i am paying for it and all the other apps work. Upon factory reset, i could not load anything under my old email and or password as it did not work and now i have 2 accounts with Roku and also now paying 2x for Total Greek and another Greek App

      I’ve done everything you have listed except contact support do you have the app creators contact support email to get a hold of them???  I’ve searched online for it but cannot seem to find it…I’ve reset my Tony a bunch or times and have created multiple accounts but nothing seems to work…

    Not working for me too . It works on mobile device but nit through roku. Tries to open and shuts down. It happened last year around this time that my contract is about to renew. Not sure if it has anything to do with it.

    I am trying to load my app(subscription) but just kicks me back to the home screen.

      There's a few threads about this app.  There's a known bug that will hopefully be fixed with the next update that should come out Monday.

      I reset to factory settings and had to reset my whole account to see if i could get Total Greek channel to work.  When i did that, it worked and had to repurchase this channel as my old email account did not work upon the reset.  In any case, I went out of Roku and went back into Roku and now Total Greek does not work.  I redid the factory setting and it still does not work and i have now purchased this channel 2x on 2 different email accounts.  How do i get this app to work

        skanichis, the developer has reported that there's a bug in the app.  You just have to wait until an update is released.

      Any problem with ROKU.

      My Greek Total Channel does not work.

      I tried the instructions with system restore, NOTHING.

        I did reinstall my ROKU device, again NOTHING.

      WHY this is happening.

      any Answers from ROKU.

        Check for updates.  The developer acknowledged a bug in the app.  The update was supposed to come out Monday (4/29).  Roku can't do anything about it as they have nothing to do with the app.
