The Weather Channel Tv app has annoying Bugs

I been using version 4.12.0 ever since August. Was the LDL (lower display line) always broken? 

First of all, The data is wrong on the LDL. It displays the wrong low temperature. and there is a typo with the Gusts as it shows "gusts:none10mph".

and by LDL i mean the blueish/black bar at the bottom that displays the weather during fullscreen.

The "my weather" tab is perfectly functional. Its just only the LDL that has issues. Please fix it TWC. The app is useless with that problem.
