    We've noticed that you're located in an unsupported region. Just a heads up, some features, like this channel, are only available in some regions. But no worries, you can still access some channels on Roku, like Netflix, and keep streaming like usual!

Additionally, your Roku TV or device must be registered in the region where you want to stream the channel, which in this case is Canada. You may need to factory reset your TV and register it with a Canadian account.

I'm having the exact same issue on my TCL Roku TV. Every other channel works, ONLY the Roku channel doesn't work. I've looked through troubleshooting guides and other forums. Nothing has fixed it so far.
I think this is a new issue for my account.
