The Roku channel problem with live TV.

When I enter the Roku channel app in the live TV section, the channel list appears empty, including in favorites, recent channels, and all channels—it’s completely blank. When I try to change the channel, it only lets me stay on the same channel, which is the MLB channel.

    We see that you are experiencing a playback problem with The Roku Channel's live TV. Sometimes, this issue can be due to a network issue or an outage with a specific channel. We suggest following the steps below to see if it resolves the problem.

    Restart your Roku device

    To restart your Roku device, you can either unplug the power cable, wait a moment, and then reconnect it. Or you can use the following steps to restart it from the Settings menu.

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote 
       
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
    5. Select System restart
